I am a Developmental Psychologist with specialized training in understanding human growth and behavior across the lifespan, with a particular interest in children, adolescents and young adults. My expertise lies in assessing emotional, cognitive, social and behavioral development, as well as identifying factors that influence psychological well-being and adjustment. I am also a certified mental health first aider, committed to promoting awareness, reducing stigma and providing early support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.
