I am a Psychology graduate passionate about offering empathetic, non-judgmental listening and emotional support. Through my internships at Asiri Central Hospital and Samutthana, I have supported individuals in managing stress, improving emotional wellbeing, and understanding psychological health through psychoeducation. My aim is to create a safe, understanding space where people feel heard and supported.
