As a listener, I will listen to the client without having any judgemental thoughts towards the client however to assist the client in my best understanding of the situation for the better result and improvement in whichever outcome the client wishes it to be and also keeping everything confidential which is a part of my job and most important. To be able to help the client in my best interest and responsibility to feel comfortable where the client feels safe enough to share everything with me from time to time after communicating with each other for a longer period of time.
