I am a licensed social worker currently working in the field of therapeutic counselling. I am a compassionate, empathetic, and supportive professional who is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences. My approach focuses on listening with empathy, fostering emotional well-being, and empowering individuals to navigate challenges, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier coping strategies. I have completed BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) Level 1 training, which supports my work with individuals experiencing trauma-related difficulties, including PTSD and other distressing life experiences. I strive to meet each client with understanding, respect, and compassion, tailoring
