I am in agreement with the canadian counselling and psychotherapy code of ethics, I do not diagnose. I am a compassionate and deep listener and my clients usually offer me the feedback that they felt seen, understood and able to be themselves and able to release some tears. I have studies and training in Feminist Counselling, Embodied Trauma Therapy, Suicide Intervention, Restorative Justice Circles, Medical Qi Gong, Embodied Conflict Resolution, Non Violent Communication, Birth and Abortion Doula Care, Sexual Assault Response, Yoga, Advaita Vedanta, Cultural Competency and Trauma Informed practices.
