I'm postgraduate in Applied Psychology with a background in Human Development. I'm patient and empathetic listener who values understanding people without judging them or rushing their feelings. I believe that sometimes having someone who genuinely listens can help us understand our thoughts and find our own solutions. I aim to create a safe, comfortable and supportive space where people can express themselves freely. My approach is to listen carefully, understand each person's perspective and respond with empathy, patience and respect. I guide individuals to find their own solutions, build self confidence and grow independently through self reflection rather than making decisions on their behalf. I aim to help people heard,understood and less alone through meaningful conversations.
