I am a compassionate Wellness Counsellor registered with ASCHP as a Specialist Wellness Counsellor. My experience includes online counselling with SADAG, face-to-face counselling at the Merafong Anti-Substance Abuse Centre, and psychosocial counselling at Anova, supporting treatment adherence. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and substance abuse. My approach is empathetic, confidential, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and respected while developing healthy coping strategies, building emotional resilience, and improving their overall well-being.
