As an online counselor and active listener, I offer a warm, confidential space where you feel heard, seen, and understood. With a Master’s in communication and cultural mediation and advanced training in nonviolent communication, conflict mediation, and peacebuilding, I support individuals via online chat and remote sessions. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, or growth, I listen with patience and empathy. I also founded a community care team within an event organisation serving up to 500 people in Portugal, supporting people on their individual and interpersonal journey.
