I’m Janette, a qualified integrative counsellor offering a warm, genuine and non-judgemental space for adults. With over 20 years’ experience supporting and advocating for older adults and people living with disabilities, alongside over seven years supporting those affected by domestic abuse, I bring a broad understanding of life’s challenges. I have experience around grief, loss, chronic illness, dementia, caring, relationships, trauma, anxiety, confidence and significant life changes. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to listen, understand and walk alongside you as you find clarity, reconnect with your strengths and discover your own way forward.
