Anna Palmiano Tapia

I am a clinician in supervised practice with an MSocSc in Clinical & Counselling Psychology, currently completing advanced clinical training toward full licensure. My work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Attachment-Based Therapy, helping clients understand how past experiences, relationships, and protective patterns shape their emotional lives. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, low self-worth, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, supporting clients in healing longstanding patterns, building self-compassion, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
