I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology from SWPS University. I have experience providing individual psychological and emotional support both online and in person, including in multicultural settings. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to talk through difficult emotions, relationships, self-esteem, stress and life challenges. My work is informed by psychological research and principles from CBT and ACT, with a focus on understanding patterns, developing coping strategies and supporting meaningful change.
