Thomas Andrew Budd

I am a psychologist, educator, and experienced counselor and mentor with a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology. I provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe that sometimes having someone genuinely listen can be an important first step toward clarity and healing. My approach is empathetic and person-centered, helping you explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, challenges, and personal goals at your own pace. I draw on my experience in psychology, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, personal development, and transformative learning to support individuals navigating stress, life transitions, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, or questions of meaning and purpose. My goal is to understand my clients and be their guide.
