I am a Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate specializing in Medical and Psychiatry Social Work, with practical experience in social work, counselling, child welfare, and healthcare settings. Through my academic training and fieldwork, I have developed strong skills in active listening, communication, rapport building, emotional support, assessment, and maintaining confidentiality. I have experience working with children in a child-care setting, where I support their emotional, social, and educational needs. My work involves communicating with children in an age-appropriate and empathetic manner, understanding their concerns, providing emotional support, encouraging positive behaviour, and helping them feel safe and heard.
