I hold an MA in Psychology and a Bsc in Applied Psychology. I was also recognised in the top 1% among 11,000+ students for my Soft Skills by IIT Kanpur. As a psychologist, I seek to understand the unique place an individual is coming from and their specific concerns. I like to make you feel seen, heard and validated through understanding their inner world and mirroring it back to them. This leads to an enhanced understanding of oneself, leading to greater sense of clarity and better decision making. This also helps you to develop a positive outlook towards your emotions and a sense of relief. You feel less burdened and experience a sense of ease due to this process of emotional catharsis.
