I am a BACP Registered Counsellor and integrative psychotherapist with experience supporting adults and young people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties and wider emotional and mental health challenges. I provide a confidential, compassionate and collaborative therapeutic space, working with individual circumstances, needs and goals. My practice is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-informed approaches including person-centred therapy, CBT, attachment-informed approaches and compassion-focused therapy.
