I am a Licensed Occupational Therapist, Certified CBT Practitioner, and Trauma-Informed Therapist. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Seth G.S. Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, and have been practicing since 2024. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I believe that therapy is not simply about applying techniques, tools, or therapeutic modalities, it is fundamentally about the relationship between the therapist and the client.
