I am a Therapist Intern with a background in Environmental Health Technology and Public Health Education. I have experience in community health promotion, psychosocial support, health education, and community engagement through volunteer and development programs. I provide a supportive, respectful, and confidential space where individuals can discuss stress, emotional challenges, and personal concerns. My goal is to listen with empathy, promote well-being, and encourage healthy coping strategies while working within my scope of practice and referring clients to licensed professionals when appropriate.
