Sometimes what's needed most is simply to be heard without judgment. As a Counselling Psychologist, I offer a warm, active-listening space for clients to process their thoughts and emotions at their own pace. My training spans psychoeducation with underprivileged children, emotional support for elderly residents, and structured counselling across clinical settings. I believe validation and rapport come first, and I hold space for clients to explore what they're feeling before working toward solutions together.
