As a counselling psychologist, I have been working in the mental health field for the past two years, supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges with empathy, professionalism, and evidence-based care. I firmly believe that therapy is not about "fixing" people, but about creating a space where they feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My therapeutic approach is rooted in scientific evidence while remaining deeply humanistic, recognizing that every individual brings a unique story, set of experiences, strengths, and struggles into the therapy room.
