As a Listener and Counselor, I believe that every individual deserves a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to express their thoughts and emotions. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and respect for each person's unique experiences. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to help them navigate emotional, behavioural, academic, and personal challenges while promoting self-awareness and resilience. By building trust and fostering meaningful conversations, I aim to empower individuals to recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and move towards positive change and overall psychological well-being.
