I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP #411483). I run Transformative Talks Counselling, supporting individuals through diverse emotional, psychological and relational challenges. Having lived in Italy, Ireland, Mexico and England, global awareness and cultural diversity are at the forefront of my empathetic, inclusive practice.Guided by the BACP ethical framework, I establish a user-centred relationship built on active listening and deep trust. I tailor and integrate techniques from different modalities—including the Person-Centred approach, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt therapy—to meet the unique needs of each individual, safely explore behavioural patterns and foster self-awareness.
