With a recent Master's degree in Psychology, I am deeply committed to fostering mental well-being and emotional resilience in individuals, children, and families. ​My practice is grounded in comprehensive, evidence-based training. I hold specialized certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Counseling and Psychotherapy, Child Psychology, and Adolescent Counseling.
