As a former Mind Health Coach of MWell PH, I worked through the volunteered shifts in my available hours by providing a listening ear to those who are in need. And even then in my past occupations, I would practice active listening to individuals who would approach me for assistance regarding their own mental well-being or request information since they either have little information about mental health or does not have much awareness over it.
