I am a professional counselor, working in the Punjab Government social welfare and Baitulmaal department from the past approximately 10 years. Over there I have provided family counseling to the inmates who are struggling with their family and marital life. The tool that I use and preferred is listening as now people don't have time to listen each other. So I tried to inculcate the insight in my clients who later on will be able to rely on themselves rather then on others.
