I am passionate about supporting individuals and families across all stages of life. With a background in education, a Master’s degree in Psychology and Education and a specialised training in counselling. I bring both expertise and empathy to every session. My mission is to help clients navigate challenges, discover strengths, and build meaningful, balanced lives. I understand that life presents unique challenges at every age, so as a counsellor, I tailor my approach to meet diverse needs of children,.adolescents and adults. My practice blends multiple disciplines to provide holistic care: My approach is client centered that values individuality and cultural context. I belief that counselling is not just about solving problems—it’s about empowering people to discover their strengths.
