I am a compassionate and dedicated psychology professional with experience in counseling individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health and emotional concerns. My areas of experience include anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, de-addiction counseling, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I have also worked with high-risk suicidal cases, where providing emotional support, understanding the person’s concerns, assessing risk, and ensuring safety are important parts of the work. I believe that everyone deserves a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space where they can openly talk about their thoughts, feelings, and struggles. My approach focuses on listening with empathy, understanding each person’s unique experiences, and supporting them.
