I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depressive symptoms, social anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and identity-related challenges. My goal is to help clients better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience.
