I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology with Criminology (final year). I provide supportive listening, emotional guidance, stress and burnout management, and wellbeing strategies for teens, young adults, and families. My approach is non‑clinical and focuses on helping clients feel heard, understood, and supported through practical coping tools, psychoeducation, and a calm, empathetic space. I work with concerns such as anxiety, anger, stress, self‑esteem, and general family or teen challenges. My goal is to offer a safe, respectful environment where clients can express themselves freely and gain clarity and confidence in their daily lives.
