With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and professional experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in educational settings, I provide compassionate listening and emotional support for individuals facing stress, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, burnout, and everyday struggles. My approach is empathetic, solution-focused, and centered on helping clients process their thoughts while exploring healthy coping strategies and practical next steps. While I provide emotional support and psychoeducation, I do not provide licensed mental health therapy or clinical diagnosis.
