As a MSc in Clinical Psychology graduate and freelancing practitioner, my approach to Counseling is Client centred, I believe that listening to the client, giving them positive regards, showing empathy and building strong rapport does half of my work. My belief is that mental health precautions and prevention is the way to healthy and happy life.
