I listen properly, which is rarer than it sounds. Not waiting for a gap to insert advice, not rushing you toward a solution, and not deciding what your experience means on your behalf. What I bring is a good ear for pattern. I tend to notice the thing said in passing, the belief that got installed a long time ago and never questioned, the contradiction you haven't spotted yet. When it's useful, I'll reflect that back. When it isn't, I'll just stay with you in it. This isn't therapy and I won't pretend otherwise. It's space to think out loud with someone who takes you seriously and won't flinch. Sometimes that's all that's needed. Sometimes it's the thing that finally makes the rest possible.
