As a Clinical Psychology postgraduate, I believe meaningful support begins with truly understanding the person behind their words. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel comfortable sharing their experiences, listening with empathy, curiosity, and careful attention to both what is expressed and what may be left unsaid, reading between the lines. Guided by evidence-based psychological principles, I value trust, confidentiality, and emotional validation, supporting individuals in gaining clarity while recognising when additional care or appropriate intervention may be beneficial.
