I am a compassionate Psychotherapist and School Counsellor dedicated to supporting the emotional wellbeing of children, young people, and adults. I provide a safe, non-judgemental, and collaborative space where clients can explore life’s challenges and work towards meaningful change. My approach is person-centred and evidence-based, tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-esteem issues, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Alongside therapy, I am passionate about mental health education, promoting awareness, reducing stigma, and empowering individuals through compassionate, accessible support.
