I work with adolescents and adults navigating stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, emotional distress, academic and workplace pressures, and life transitions. My approach combines empathetic listening with evidence-informed counselling techniques, helping individuals gain clarity, build emotional resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and make meaningful decisions aligned with their personal values and goals
