Hi, I’m Helene, an empathetic listener with 20+ years helping people through anxious, vulnerable moments. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, I’ve learned that real support starts with listening without judgment and meeting people where they are, staying calm, and communicating with warmth and clarity. For 8 years I’ve also mentored students as college faculty, helping them build confidence, self-awareness, and skills through honest, supportive feedback. I adapt to what each person needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Outside of work, I’m a curious, creative person, an amateur painter, a documentary lover, and someone who genuinely enjoys good conversation. I approach every session with patience, humour when it’s welcome, and a real desire to help you feel more understood.
