I am not a therapist, psychologist, or doctor. I am simply someone who understands how powerful it is to have another human being truly listen. There was a time in my own life when I was carrying burdens that felt too heavy to bear alone. During those difficult moments, compassionate listeners gave me something I desperately needed—not advice, not judgment, but a safe space to be heard. Their kindness reminded me that hope often begins with knowing someone cares enough to listen. That experience changed me. It showed me that sometimes the greatest gift we can offer another person is our presence, empathy, and undivided attention. I know what it feels like to need someone who will simply sit with your pain, your fears, or your uncertainty without trying to fix you.
