I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience providing psychotherapy in a variety of clinical settings to diverse populations. I offer trauma-informed, client-centered care and strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore life's challenges. My approach is eclectic and tailored to each individual's needs, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), grief therapy, mindfulness, and meditation. I am also knowledgeable about the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) trait and enjoy helping clients better understand themselves and build resilience.
