Sadhavi Sunil Rane

I am Dr. Sadhavi Sunil Rane, a Counsellor and Mental Health Professional with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through life's emotional, personal, academic, and professional challenges. My passion has always been to help people understand themselves better, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful changes that improve their overall quality of life. I hold a PhD in Social Work, with my doctoral research focusing on the psycho-social adjustment of Indian expatriate families living in the UAE. This work has strengthened my understanding of how culture, family dynamics, migration, identity, and life transitions influence emotional well-being. Alongside my academic background, I have spent many years working in higher education, schools, counselling centres.
