My practice specializes in treating eating disorders, addiction, OCD, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, and suicide prevention. With a strong foundation in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other third-wave cognitive behavioral therapies, I aim to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
