Nida Bukhari

As a counselling psychologist with an MA in Psychology from the University of Delhi, I work primarily with individuals and teens using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and REBT. My approach is collaborative and practical I help clients understand their patterns and build tools they can actually use between sessions. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard while working toward real, sustainable change.
