I offer counselling in both English and Japanese, welcoming individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Life can feel challenging when you are facing stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, family concerns, or major life changes. Having lived overseas for over 18 years and worked in corporate project management for more than 15 years, I understand the challenges of balancing work, relationships, and personal wellbeing, as well as adapting to life across cultures. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Together, we will build on your strengths, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful change.
