I am a compassionate and approachable listener with a genuine passion for supporting people through life's challenges. Through my training in counselling skills and my background in psychology, I have developed the ability to build trusting relationships, communicate with warmth, and support individuals in exploring their thoughts and emotions at their own pace. Rather than offering advice or solutions, I aim to empower people to discover their own strengths, gain clarity, and make decisions that feel right for them.
