With experience for a crisis text line, I have supported people navigating distress, anxiety, and challenging life circumstances with empathy and professionalism. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, which has provided me with a strong understanding of emotional well-being and the importance of sensitive, client-centred support. My approach is respectful and grounded in active listening, creating a space where clients can speak freely, process their thoughts, and feel supported without fear or judgment.
