I'm passionate about creating a space where clients feel truly heard, whether we're working through anxiety, a difficult transition, or just trying to make sense of a hard week. My approach draws on cognitive-behavioral and motivational interviewing techniques, grounded in cultural humility. I'm especially drawn to the relational side of therapy: the belief that healing happens in connection, not just technique, and I'm continuing to deepen my understanding of trauma-informed care.
