Kate Bylinka

As a Listener and youth/family counsellor in an under-12 stabilization program, I support children and teens with trauma-related behaviours and intense emotions. With a Bachelor of Psychology, I help young clients build practical coping and self-regulation skills so they can respond to distress with greater confidence and independence. I specialize in child and teen support and offer warm, in-person group sessions, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where young people feel heard and empowered.
