I've always been someone people naturally open up to. Not because I have all the answers. I don't. But because I genuinely listen. We live in a world full of opinions, advice, and hot takes. Everyone seems eager to tell people what they should think, feel, or do. As a result, I think many people go through life without ever feeling truly understood. They're heard, but not really listened to. I believe there is immense value in giving someone a space where they don't have to explain themselves perfectly, defend their feelings, or worry about being judged. Sometimes people don't need solutions. They need someone who is willing to sit with them, understand them, and let them be honest.
