With a Master's in Clinical Psychology, I have been trained to offer a safe, trusted space for my clients wherein they can share anything they want to. I lend a compassionate ear, and a mindful presence, encouraging open discussions and working through difficult conversations. My main aim is to let people know that they are not unseen, they are valued, and they have the capacity to overcome challenges with a little help. Humor is encouraged, and I like to offer a light environment that doesn't necessarily have to feel too heavy or overwhelming. I welcome you to my space :)
