I’m here to listen without judgment and give you space to talk through what’s on your mind. Sometimes the hardest part is feeling like you have to explain yourself before you’re even heard. That’s not how this works. My role is to sit with you, pay attention, and reflect back what I’m hearing so you can make sense of it in your own time. I won’t diagnose, give clinical advice, or tell you what to do. What I can offer is confidentiality, respect, and a steady presence while you sort through your thoughts.
