I am a compassionate and empathetic counsellor with experience in providing supportive listening, emotional guidance, and short-term therapeutic interventions. I follow an eclectic approach integrating CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy — adapting my style to each client's unique concern and comfort level. I have worked with adolescents, parents, and educators on issues including stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, interpersonal conflicts, and life transitions. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported.
