I'm a Psychology postgraduate who believes everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to share their thoughts and feelings. I understand that life can be overwhelming and sometimes what we need most isn't advice—it's someone who listens us with empathy and patience. Having experienced loneliness myself, I know how meaningful it can be to simply feel heard. My background in psychology has helped me better understand emotions, communication and the challenges people face every day. I'm here to listen with kindness, respect, and an open mind.
